Madeon Chicago Concert reviews
Overall great experience, awesome show
Upon entry to the show, the only hiccup was encountered. My wife is recovering from back surgery 1 week ago and I am ADA. Madeon informed us that despite having ADA seats, we were not permitted to utilize the ADA entry, which was designated for wheelchair users only. Inside, I verified this with a friendly lady at guest services, confirming the misinformation. His demeanor was defiant, and his attitude was poor, resembling a child with newfound authority over who could cross the street. This was not the welcoming experience I had expected for my first concert in almost 2 years. If this situation recurs, I will insist they contact a supervisor or whoever is in charge at guest services until I am granted entry. If he does not grasp the rules and his responsibilities, he should not hold his current position. He should have sought clarification using the comm unit.
